Neighborhood Voice

What long-time homeowners say

Real stories of care and craftsmanship from neighbors who cherish their properties.

“Cisneros & Co painted our Victorian family home of 52 years. The crew was exceptionally quiet and kind. They spent three full days just on the prep and scraping before ever opening a can of paint. Our property looks absolutely pristine.”

Evelyn & Thomas Vance Irvington Heritage District

“We are very particular about our original craftsman woodwork. The owner came out himself, sat with us in our parlor, and discussed how to refinish the exterior panels safely. Incredible craftsmanship and absolute respect.”

A message from our family to yours

“When I started Cisneros & Co over 40 years ago, I made a promise that we would never prioritize speed over quality. In our community, houses are more than real estate—they are where children took their first steps, where holidays were hosted, and where memories live.”

“Today, my son and I work with the exact same crew members we’ve had for over a decade. We treat every staircase, window pane, and rose bush with meticulous, slow care. We look forward to meeting you on your porch soon.”
